Treatment costs:

Telephone Consultations: I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation if you would like to discuss or have any questions about how hypnotherapy can help you with your problem.

First and subsequent sessions are £50.

1st Session:
This session allows us to become acquainted and allows time for the gathering of information about you, your life and how your problem is affecting you.

It may also be the time for setting goals to help you begin the process of change through using appropriate therapeutic techniques.

Practical tasks will usually be set at the end of each session to ensure that the changes that have been made will become second nature to you. This session usually lasts between 60 -90 minutes.

Subsequent sessions:
These sessions will last between 45 – 60 minutes, in order that your concentration levels are maintained and you get the best from the process. At the end of each session you will be given homework to help you maintain the changes you are making and new goals may also be set.

Stop Smoking sessions are £150, which includes an initial assessment followed by 90 – 120 minute treatment session and one free follow up session within 3 months if required.

Weight Loss sessions (4 sessions) are £200 to be paid at the first session.

In the event of cancelation within 24 hours of an appointment or non-attendance, a cancelation fee of £50 will be payable.

We respectfully request that you bear in mind the preparation which the Hypnotherapist undertakes in advance of treatment sessions.

I cannot offer a guaranteed cure but hypnotherapy and NLP can be effective in many aspects of a problem, in some cases alleviate it altogether. Hypnotherapy and NLP are not an alternative treatment but a complimentary one.
